  1. Scottsdale Arts will host its annual ARTrageous Gala on April 1st. The outdoor gala will be held at the newly renovated Scottsdale Civic Center and will follow this year’s theme, ‘Bloom’. The event will feature performances by performance art collective Quixotic, who also performed at last year’s Luminescence Gala. (subscription: independent every day)
  2. Greenlight Communities, based in Scottsdale, Investing $697 million to finance the development of approximately 3,686 affordable apartment units. Various communities are located in Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa, Pima County, and Tuscon. Greenlight currently has 14 communities in various stages of construction throughout the Valley.
