PHOENIX — Two developers recently purchased land in Maricopa with the intention of putting together more than 400 apartment complexes, according to a press release Tuesday.

Both parcels are located at the northwest corner of Porter Road and Maricopa Casa Grande Highway.
of Acquiring Dominium The parcel spans over 19 acres and was purchased for $8.26 million. The construction plan details the construction of 215 apartment complexes.
lowers companies purchased the 9.5-acre site for $4.17 million, and a future 216-unit apartment community will be adjacent to the Dominium Acquisition-owned apartment community.
“The City of Maricopa was recently recognized as the fifth fastest growing city in the United States, and new housing options are greatly needed in the region,” said Brett Reinhart, president of the Land Advisors organization. said in a release. “These land acquisitions by Dominium and Roars will provide new, more affordable housing options while complementing the burgeoning retail development in the area.”
The Land Advisor organization said construction on both projects is expected to begin during the first quarter of 2025.
