20 years in prison for Bonita’s Dustin Todd for sexual conduct with two minors

Safford — A man from Bonita pleads guilty to two counts of having sex with minors and is sent to prison.

Dustin Luther Todd was sentenced Monday, June 19, in Graham County Superior Court by Judge Travis Ragland. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison for one charge of having sex with a minor and was put on life probation as a sex offender for another charge.

The Graham County Sheriff’s Office opened an investigation into Todd in November 2022, when the mother of the two victims was abused over the four years the victims were between the ages of 14 and 18. I found out.

Investigators interviewed the adult victims and recounted the abuse in graphic detail.

Sheriff’s investigators also interviewed several of Todd’s family members, who said Todd admitted to the inappropriate relationship with the victim at a family meeting around Thanksgiving.

The case was successfully indicted by Graham County Deputy County Attorney Stephen Rundell.
