The arrest behind this viral video has become another Immaricopa It’s the year of reviews, but it was featured in the top five fatal and disturbing crimes of 2023.
Police were responding to reports that 32-year-old Brendan Cellomia had beaten his girlfriend and roommate at a plain house in Rancho El Dorado at around 10pm one summer evening.
The standoff continued for several hours. Released nine months after the intrusive episode, the footage showed a very armed police officer breaking the door, raiding a barricaded house in Cellomia, tearing a 9-month-old toddler from his arm.
The Pinal County Grand Ju judge charged Cellomia with seven detectives who aggravated the attack and resisted arrest and threats. He pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated attempted assault in exchange for six other people who were dismissed in a plea bargain on Jan. 29, according to Pinal County Court records.

In this footage, 27-year-old Sage E. Owens walked to the Rancho El Dorado house in Unlane, painted a doorbell camera with a spray pane and tried to break into the front window.
After five minutes of trying to break into the window, Owens leaves and attempts to break into a car in the driveway. She apparently stole a garden gnome from the front yard of the neighboring house.
Officers were shown to munch on oranges and ask Owens a question on the nearby street. She told them that despite having spray paint in her hand, nothing wrong was wrong.
When an officer asked about a can of spray paint in his bag, Owens said, “I asked someone else.” She then changed her story again, saying, “They asked me if I could use my spray paint.”
She eventually admitted to filling up her friend who rejected Owens’ account to her, whom the doorbell and police interviewed. The officers then put her in handcuffs, searched her bags, finding missing garden gnomes, spray paint and many other random items.
Owens was booked at the Pinal County Jail on two felony charges: robbery and trespassing. The case is in progress.
Viral SR 347 crash caused people to roast Maricopa

The state’s Route 347 crash at the intersection with Maricopa Road has been reviewed on the popular Instagram account @ArizonAcantDrive, with 110,000 followers. The collision video clips have accumulated thousands of likes, comments and stocks.
The video saw a black pickup truck fused from the far-right lane to the left lane, crashing into another car already driving in the left lane.
Phoenix’s lawyer, Influencer at Law James Helm, aka @Topdoglaw, showed weight to share who was negligent.
“Both are partially negligent, but a good lawyer would argue that the truck was the most negligent because he had merged into the lane and cut off the POV,” Helm said.
Some commenters were fighting over which drivers have fewer IQ points, but most had the opportunity to roast the SR 347 and Maricopa drivers.
“Yeah, 347. No one knows how to drive that damn route,” Sam Acedo said.
“347, home to the worst drivers in existence,” Seth Turk said.

Immaricopa I got body camera footage from the Maricopa Police Station and talked about it being featured in last year’s list of top 15 strange and unusual crimes.
The footage showed Josephchie’s Christmas arrest at Sprout Farmers Market, 20300 N. John Wayne Parkway.
In the video, the responding officer told the 24-year-old “smells like chickens” and asked the employee to look for the stolen bird.
With a stolen can of beer in his pocket, Chi is taken into custody, and employees find a partially eaten puddle of chicken and urine in the store’s vitamin aisle.
Reuben More, a store clerk in the meat department, told police that Chee grabs a beer and puts it in her pocket and urinates in the vitamin aisle.
Chee had a history of assault, trespassing, alcohol violations, underage drinking and indecent exposure in Phoenix, Mesa, Glendale and Maricopa.
Viral video showed dump truck crash SR 347 commuter

A video of the crash on Route 347 in the state showed that drivers learn the hard way that solid white lines mean on social media after being shared across multiple accounts.
This footage showed a dark-colored sedan suddenly fused to the right lane without a turn signal on the SR 347’s cement plant road stop light. Then steam it with gravel that transports the dump truck.
The video was first shared by Influencer-at-Law @Topdoglaw, Instagram’s real name James Helm, and provided an analysis of who’s negligence to 416,000 followers. He said there is no doubt that the sedan drivers are responsible and have not won a large check from CEMEX.
“So many people switch lanes without looking,” Helm said. “This car is the most negligent thing.”
It was also re-shared to 104,000 followers by the account @ArizonAcantDrive.
The motorcyclist died after running from a JWP police officer

this Immaricopa The exclusive video, which grabbed over 440,000 views, wobbles a 29-year-old motorcyclist as he fled a Maricopa patrol officer before crashing and killing him at the intersection of John Wayne and Altara Parkways.
Videos from Dashcam and Bodycam of Chase and Crash on February 1 showed that Demtrius Catus’ death failed to navigate the curve of the road near the intersection with a 3-speed limit.
“Call the emergency services, he crashed,” Sgt. Following Catus, Michael Ewald was able to hear him tell the radio dispatcher after the crash before running towards CATUS’s body. Ewald explained that he would be dispatching the status of a motorcyclist.
A video near Catus’ head also saw a pool of blood that had come to rest on the curb.
In the crash report, Ewold said he suspected inexperienced or disabled drivers who have difficulty controlling the bike.
Due to the nature of the collision, the Pinal County Sheriff’s Vehicle Crime Unit was asked to assist with an investigation that was still underway. The toxicology report is also pending.
Maricopa “Cheater” was trolled on YouTube

The YouTuber con artist troll is a massive channel with an audience of 48.5 million people and has recognized Maricopa men as “category 1” con artists without fear of being arrested.
Peter J. Rodriguez, whose online moniker is slash*uckenhard, won the title on July 4th for harassing an MPD officer. He was then arrested after dropping the phone to the ground to continue recording.
“It was his first video and he received his first arrest,” Josh Prime, the faceless host of the con man troll, said in a reactive commentary video. Immaricopa Report.
Police were initially there to calm Fraca among others during the fireworks show, but Rodriguez happened to be on the scene when they stood up.
In a video highlighted by the con man troll, Rodriguez provoked, argued, cursed, screamed, arrested, documented it all. The trolls were troubled by the oath and homophobic slander that Rodriguez threw at the officers.
“It won’t work for him in court,” the troll said. “I can guarantee that. …He just went as a hobby by filming guitar on his YouTube channel and now posting scam videos.
When Rodriguez was released from the Pinal County Jail after the incident, he took the irreverent pickett signs at John Wayne Parkway and Honeycutt Road and made public protests.
Investigators unravel the war over “Chicken Nuggies” in BK

The viral video showed an MPD officer arresting a man and his wife after the incident at Burger King in John Wayne Parkway.
The conflict involving Sherry N. and Tabaros D. Ross began when they threw a drink at a drive-thru employee who allegedly misboxed a chicken nugget.
After the initial confrontation at the drive-thru, the suspect entered the restaurant and began to throw things, pushing pastry displays out of the counter, causing damage.
“They were mad at the four-piece Naggi,” the attacked employee told officers on footage, wiping tears.
Shelley admitted that she threw a drink at the employee and claimed that the employee threw a large orange soda at her. Ross claimed that the daughter, who was present, was attacked by soda from a drink thrown by an employee. However, when Ross was arrested, she was unharmed.
(Tabaros was arrested in Dicky’s barbecue pit inside Walmart, where he was the only employee, leading to the restaurant closure. It resumed as a Wetzel pretzel last month.)
Tabals told police that his daughter was under the fight and that it was a urge to act destructively.
Shelley was charged with five counts of disorderly conduct and one count of damages to her property. She was later suspended.
Tabaros was charged with assault, damage to property and disorderly conduct. Property fee attacks and damages have been withdrawn. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct.
