Visit the grounds of the old Quartermaster Depot. Colorado River State Historic Park. Since 1864, it was the principal supply depot for the Southwest. Some of the oldest and best-preserved buildings in the United States still stand here.

If you would like to learn more about Yuma's past, including its railroad history, stop by Pivot Point Interpretive Plaza. You'll find interesting stories about the Ocean-to-Ocean Bridge, the Kechan people, and more. And kids will love climbing on a real steam engine.

There is also of Sanguinetti House Museum and Gardens, a 19th-century adobe house, offers visitors a glimpse of what Yuma was like for past residents. A variety of interactive tours are available.
