3 arrested for stealing trailers, Walmart merchandise in Prescott area

Yabapai County, Arizona (Az Family) – Three people face accusations after allegedly stealing goods from Walmart and stealing two Prescott area trailers.

Chase Cooper, 25, Britney Hill, 35, and Jesse Pistoll, 49, all suspected of being charged with theft of transportation on Wednesday.

Prescott police said the investigation began on Jan. 22 when the department received reports of a flatbed trailer stolen from a Walmart in the area. Gail Gardner Way and Iron Spring Road.

By looking at the surveillance footage, investigators discovered that someone on a lift maroon ford F-250 truck with chrome wheels and chrome running boards had filmed a flatbed trailer.

Police said he saw a truck that was clearly explained at a gas station in the Congress area while the detectives were not removed. He ran the license plate number and found the truck connected to several shoplifting reports at Walmart where the flatbed trailer was stolen.

The truck was registered at Willowa’s residence, police said.

Detectives monitoring Wilhoit’s address saw reported stolen flatbed trailers at the facility.

Police were able to obtain a search warrant for the property and retrieve stolen flatbed trailers, items stolen from Walmart in Prescott and travel trailers stolen from the Yarnell area.

After the investigation, Cooper, Hill and Pistol were arrested and booked at the Yabapai County Jail. Their mug shots were not available at this time.
