1) Matthew Misener was the father of three children

Matthew Meisner, reportedly known to his closest friends as Matt Meisner, was 35 years old when his precious life came to a tragic end. Lived in County Safford. He was a miner and was known as a kind-hearted man, a caring father, and a devoted community member.

His fiancée’s name is Nicole Chacon, and he is the father of three children, Dominic, Alex Zabder, and Raelynn, whom he shared with his ex-wife, Georgina Meisner.

He was reportedly living a happy and peaceful life with his fiancée and three children. But on February 10, 2020, everything changed. Matthew Meisner died in a fatal shooting on his way to work at 5 a.m. that day.


2) Matthew’s ex-wife Georgina Meisner and her partner Eduardo Montano Jr. were behind Matthew’s tragic death

Matthew and his ex-wife, Georgina Meisner, were battling over custody of their three children. As such, things were not going well between the ex-couple. At the time, Georgina was romantically involved with another man named Eduardo Montano Jr.

On February 10, 2020, Eduardo Montano Jr. reportedly opened fire 14 times as Matthew’s black Chevy car reached the Horseshoe Curve between Clifton and Morenci. This caused Matthew to lose control of his car on Route 191.

By the time the police arrived on the scene, Matthew was already too late. Passed away from his mortal wound. An investigation revealed that the victim’s ex-wife, Georgina Meisner, conspired with her boyfriend, Eduardo Montano Jr., to end Matthew’s life.


3) Eduardo Montano Jr. and Georgina Meisener were convicted of their monstrous crimes

Georgina and Eduardo are arrested by the police and convicted. Eduardo Montano Jr. He was taken into custody on February 12, 2020 and Georgina Misener she was convicted on February 25, 2020. On September 9, 2021, Eduardo pleaded guilty and Georgina she pleaded guilty on November 13, 2021.

Both offenders were sentenced to 33 3/4 years in prison. They are currently serving time at the Arizona State Correctional Facility.
