$75,000 reward for information in the murder of Arizona teenager Emily Pike

Anyone with information should reach out to the Gila County Sheriff’s Office at 928-200-2352.

Gila County, Ariz. – A little over a month after 14-year-old Emily Pike’s body was discovered, efforts are now underway to assist in bringing her killer to justice with a reward being offered for information.

The San Carlos Apache tribe is offering a $75,000 reward for tips related to Emily’s murder. It’s worth noting that she was a member of this tribe.

The announcement came on Saturday during an all-night event organized by the tribe to honor the memory of their late teenagers.

“I’m honored and humbled to remember Emily Pike here. My thoughts are with her family,” said Terry Rambler, president of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, in a Facebook post.

Emily went missing in late January after leaving a residence in Mesa. The last sighting was on January 27, near Mesa Drive and McKellips Road.

In a recent interview with the Gila County Sheriff’s Office, it was mentioned that authorities do not believe Emily was killed at the location where her body was discovered.

“This is a primary focus of the investigation, particularly regarding what transpired from late January to February 14,” stated Jim Rathi during the interview.

Investigators managed to retrieve surveillance footage from Mesa, where Emily was last seen alive, but were unsuccessful in obtaining any footage from the area of her body.

Once again, if anyone has information, they are encouraged to contact the Gila County Sheriff’s Office at 928-200-2352. Additionally, tips can be directed to the Indian Affairs Special Agents Bureau at 505-917-7830 or the San Carlos Apache Tribal Police Detective at 928-475-1755.
