On Tuesday evening, California Democrat Rep. Dave Min hurriedly left the U.S. Capitol stairs when reporters confronted him about a social media post he made regarding a viral incident that inaccurately labeled it as connected to a “Maga” narrative.
In a post made on Friday, he seemingly propagated an unfounded conspiracy theory suggesting that a person named Kirk was murdered by someone allegedly identified with “Maga.” The day following his claim, evidence surfaced that connected the 22-year-old suspect, Tyler Robinson, to left-wing extremism, yet Min hasn’t taken down his controversial post.
Now that Charlie Kirk’s assassin has been identified as a Magazine, I am confident that Donald Trump, Elon Musk, and all the insane GOP politicians who have sought retaliation against the “radical left” will now shift their focus to stopping the underlying right-wing toxic violence.

When approached by the Daily Caller News Foundation for comment, Min avoided the topic while leaving a home vote. Wearing earbuds, he briefly led DCNF to his office, where his staff did the same.
Before publication, DCNF did not receive any response.
Utah Republican Governor Spencer Cox commented in an interview that Robinson appears to have been “deeply instilled in the ideology of the left.” On Tuesday, prosecutors charged Robinson and unveiled more evidence suggesting his left-wing extremism.
In a text exchange included in the charging documents between Robinson and his transgender partner, he justified his actions by referencing Kirk’s political stance after the murder.
“I had enough of his hatred,” Robinson asserted. “Some hatred cannot be negotiated.”
According to court papers, he confessed to the murder, telling his parents there were “too many evil and men” and that too much hatred had spread. He reportedly opposed his father’s support for Donald Trump, labeling him as a “rather stubborn magazine.” His mother mentioned to investigators that Robinson’s political views shifted leftward around a year ago.
Additionally, it is noted he inscribed a phrase on the bullet wrapping that read, “Hey fascist! Catch!”
The National Republican Congressional Committee has called for an apology from Min, criticizing him for spreading conspiracy theories. Min represents a district in California that’s competitive, as Republicans aim to gain ground during the mid-term elections.
NRCC spokesman Christian Martinez labeled Min as a reckless lawmaker, stating, “A crazy madman. We will continue to prove that he is a reckless, dishonorable and pathetic excuse for lawmakers.”
