Yuma, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY-TV) – The weather system will pass through the region this weekend, and a cold front will bring rain, winds, and cooler temperatures in the southwestern part of the desert.
Showers expected in our area Saturday morning through Saturday evening.
This next storm system allows for rain accumulation, less than a tenth of an inch.
Stronger winds will return Saturday and a wind advisory will be issued as southerly winds of 20-30 MPH and gusts of up to 45 MPH are possible in Yuma County.
Monday will be dry and warm, with slightly warmer temperatures expected on Tuesday.
Another system will affect the area on Wednesday and Thursday, potentially bringing more rain and wind.
