In this workshop we will discuss famous examples of poetry that address these difficult topics and learn effective techniques for communicating our pain in poetry. Jodie Hollander is the author of a complete collection of poems. my dark horseHollander studied poetry in England and her poetry has been published in numerous journals, including The Yale Review, The Poetry Review and The Best Australian Poems of 2011 and 2015. She attended the McDowell Her Colony in 2015 with a Humanities Grant in Italy, a Hawthorne Den in Scotland where she received a Fellowship.
