1 dead in shooting involving Border Patrol agents in southern AZ

Pima County, Arizona — One person died after a shooting involving Border Patrol agents in Pima County on Tuesday, officials said. Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

Sheriff officials said they asked Pima County legislators to assist USBP agents chasing a vehicle on Highway 286 near Sassave, Arizona, shortly before 7 p.m.
