The PCSD has arrested 41-year-old Jacob Fichek in connection with a revealing incident at Brandy Fenton Park.
Fichek will be charged with three felony counts of public indecency with a minor and one count of misdemeanor public indecency and will be incarcerated at the Pima County Adult Detention Center.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the man who publicly exposed himself.
On the evening of Sunday, May 14, the PCSD received reports of a man being exposed at Brandy Fenton Park at 3482 East River Road, and on May 18, a similar report was received.
The man is said to be between 40 and 60 years old, white or Hispanic.
He was seen wearing a white cap, red shirt, maroon shorts, black shoes and carrying a black backpack while riding a beige mountain bike.
The Sheriff’s Department is seeking public assistance to identify the man for questioning.
Anyone with information should call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
