Let’s talk about pies! A popular dessert for many. Whether you love fruit pies, pudding pies, cream pies, they’re all delicious in my book. I admit I am a fan of pie crust. If the pie crust is missing, chances are I was in the area lol. I love puff pastry, so to make a good pie, I need a good puff pastry. If I had to choose, I think my favorite would be the fruit pie. Apples, blueberries, peaches and cherries are my favorites.

There’s nothing quite like a hot pie straight out of the oven with a good cup of coffee. It’s the perfect dessert. Sometimes you can put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of that slice, but it’s just vanilla. Whipped cream is also OK, but don’t get too carried away. As you can see, I have a “pie” (laughs).
