Yuma Click & Fix (powered by SeeClickFix) is an application that provides residents and business owners with a way to submit non-emergency service requests and concerns to the City online and on the go via a mobile app.

Selecting a category prompts the user for basic information to help resolve the issue quickly.Yuma Click & Fix is GPS enabled, making communicating with the city easier than ever. Through the app, users can report local issues such as potholes, damaged road signs, graffiti, street lighting problems, and park maintenance.
Residents who report a problem will receive an automated response informing them that their problem has been received. Once the issue has been assigned, another email will be sent providing status updates.

About the Yuma Click & Fix Reporting Tool
Yuma Click & Fix is not monitored 24/7 and responds to non-urgent requests. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, dial 911.
For police-related non-emergency, call 928-783-4421 (non-emergency dispatch).
During normal business hours, call 928-373-4500 to report a water leak in a road, alley, or park that requires immediate attention.
For after-hours utility and roadway issues (water pipe leaks, broken water mains, road safety issues, etc.), please call 928-783-7601.
Once your request is submitted, it will be received by our staff and we will endeavor to respond within two business days (8am to 5pm). Providing your contact information will keep you updated throughout the solution process. However, please note that not all requests can be resolved within 24 hours.
