Rapper Diddy’s eldest son, Justin Combs, was arrested Sunday in Los Angeles on suspicion of DUI, TMZ reports.

Law enforcement officials said a police officer saw a vehicle running a red light near Beverly Hills around 8 a.m. and tried to stop the driver. TMZ. Combs was found behind the wheel, the report said, adding that prior conversations and an investigation gave him “good enough grounds” to suspect him of driving under the influence.

Witnesses reportedly videotaped part of the incident.

It is unclear whether Mr. Combs took a sobriety test or what his demeanor was with police when he was allegedly arrested. According to TMZ, his blood alcohol level at the time of the arrest report has yet to be released.

Justin Combs, 29, is the son of music mogul and entertainment giant Diddy (real name Sean Combs). He was reportedly put on $5,000 bail for a DUI misdemeanor and was eventually released on his own accord. according to US sun.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Combs pursues a career in the entertainment industry as an actor and producer.
