Located in Elgin, a census-designated area in Southern Santa Cruz County, Arizona, Copperhop Ranch Farm Brewery was founded in 2014.
Copperhop was the first commercial hop farm in the state. Today, 14 of his hops are grown here, some of which are used to make the farm’s own beer.
