ST. cloud (Wijeong News) — A Waite Park man has been charged with raping a woman after he tried to return the necklace he gave her.
32 years old Abdulqadir Ali Mohammed He was charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct. His court records give no reason for his dismissal.
Mohammed met the woman in a park and persuaded her to sit in the front seat of her car, according to the criminal complaint. The suspect allegedly pushed the woman into the back seat and assaulted her.
A sexual assault test at the hospital confirmed assault injuries, according to records.
