Southern Winter League to add first pro women’s baseball league in 70 years

Mexico’s SWL Second Division Creates First Four-Team Women’s Professional League Since 1954

YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA, KECY) – We all remember the 1992 film “A League of Their Own,” which saw women replace the professional players during World War II, but now it’s time for that. revives in the southwestern desert.
