LASER (Large Animal Shelters & Emergency Readiness) is hosting a Laser Lucky Poker Ride & Lunch on Saturday, September 9th, 2023.

Take your horse to an obstacle course poker and win prizes! There is also a junior obstacle course for riders 17 and under. aren’t you on? No problem. You can still enjoy games, playgrounds, food and music. A wine/craft beer raffle will be held as part of the fundraiser.

The LASER Lucky Poker Ride & Lunch will take place on Saturday, September 9th from 8:30am to 3:30pm at Big Chino Ranch, 2575 W Big Chino Rd, Paulden, AZ 86334.

Admission fee: Adult $35 rider. $25 for non-riders. Juniors (17 and under) $10. All fares include rides and self-catered lunch served from 11am to 2pm.

About the laser

Large Animal Shelters & Emergency Readiness (LASER) is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization of community volunteers working in partnership with the Yavapai County Emergency Management Agency. This mission is to provide safe havens for barn animals during evacuations in Yavapai County and provide information for emergency preparedness. LASER has two dedicated shelters, which are opened only in case of emergency. The largest and primary refuge offered by Yavapai County is in Prescott Valley. The second refuge is in Chino Valley.
