Please join our Desert Defenders crew as they collect seeds from native plants and work on Estrella’s pollinator garden.  

Meeting location:  Estrella Mountain Regional Park.  Meet in the Parking lot for Ramada 1 & 2.

Start: 5:30 a.m.

End: 9:30 a.m. (volunteers encouraged to stay only while they’re comfortable in the heat)

Please bring gloves, water, a salty snack, and dress appropriately for working around desert plants (spiny plants) in long sleeve shirt, pants, and closed-toed shoes.  

All volunteers will receive free admission to the park for the entire day!!
