Green Valley First Responders Fair Saturday, Jan. 14

GREEN VALLEY, Arizona (KGUN) — Locals will have the opportunity to meet and greet members of police, fire and other law enforcement agencies at the First Responders Fair on Saturday, January 14 at Historic Kanoa Ranch. Given.

Green Valley Council and GVC Foundationthe fair will feature police K9 demonstrations and other equipment show-and-tells.

They are expecting representatives from the following groups.

  • Pima County Sheriff’s Department
  • Green Valley Sheriff’s Auxiliary Volunteer
  • Green Valley Fire District
  • Arizona Department of Public Safety
  • USDA Forest Service Law Enforcement Agencies
  • US Customs and Border Protection
  • Davis-Monthan Air Force Base

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos will host the event’s opening ceremony.

Admission is free, and a $5 donation is recommended. All proceeds will go to Historic Kanoa Ranch and local first responders, according to organizers.
