EXCLUSIVE: Republican Reps Demand Investigation Into Alleged Exploitation Of 10-Year-Old Minor At ‘Naked Bike Ride’

Wisconsin Republicans Tom Tiffany and Scott Fitzgerald sent a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday calling for an investigation into the alleged exploitation of a 10-year-old minor at a “Naked Bike Ride” event. requested.

In the letter, first obtained by The Daily Caller, the two lawmakers sought information about an event called the World Naked Bike Ride in Madison, Wisconsin on June 17, 2023, which 150 naked people reportedly rode bicycles to the event. The crowd also reportedly included a 10-year-old girl naked and riding a bicycle, whose parents and guardians had agreed to display her.

“Those entrusted with the care and protection of this innocent child have consented and tolerated this harmful act and her obscene exposure. It is indisputable that it was not slanderous speech,” the lawmakers said in the letter. “This cannot be allowed to happen again and again. We ask for your cooperation in an immediate investigation into this serious violation of child endangerment and obscenity laws.”

  • If your department refuses to investigate this matter, what laws or policies would prevent it from starting an investigation?
  • What federal remedies are there for minors who lack legal capacity and are exploited by their parents based on these facts?

Lawmakers asked for the questions to be answered by August 26, 2023 at the latest.

“The world is in a very dark place with parents and event organizers allowing 10-year-olds to be lewd on public bikes,” Tiffany told the caller before sending the letter. “It is immoral, harmful and obscene. The Justice Department did not immediately respond to the caller’s inquiry regarding the letter.
