Iowa Woman Receives Life-Changing Gift From Former NFL Star WATCH

Every day is a blessing, but sometimes life-changing moments come. That’s what happened to an Iowa woman and her daughter this week.

Nicole Cunningham is a single mother who has lived her entire life in Knoxville, central Iowa. Warwick Dunn showed up at her house this week.Dan is ex NFL Rookie of the Year A running back who won the Pro Bowler three times during his career.

During Dunn’s rookie season in 1997, his charity (Warwick Dunn Charities) launched ‘Homes for the Holidays’. Help convert a single parent into a homeowner. Dunn started “Homes for the Holidays” in honor of his late mother Betty Smathers.according to Warwick Dunn CharityShe was “a single mother who worked tirelessly to realize the American dream of owning her own home.”

When Dan showed up at Cunningham’s house this week, he had more than 60 other people with him. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Cunningham moved into his new home.according to Des Moines Register, Marion County’s Habitat for Humanity built and financed the home. It was fully furnished too, thanks to Aaron. Needless to say, Cunningham couldn’t believe her luck.

Cunningham has a four-year-old daughter who uses a wheelchair due to her physical disability. Cunningham used to live in a mansion with many steps. She had no idea what she was going to do with her future.she said Des Moines Register“That’s the biggest blessing for me. This was my biggest worry, but they’ve wiped it out of me.”

Dunn also presented a $5,000 check to Habitat for Humanity in Marion County to help with the home down payment. You can see Cunningham’s first tour of his new home in the video below.
