Vice President Kamala Harris said Friday in Baltimore, Maryland, that population reduction can help improve air and water quality.

Harris made the remarks during a speech at Baltimore’s Coppin State University as the Biden administration announced $20 billion in taxpayer money available for green energy initiatives through the Inflation Control Act. according to To the Baltimore Sun.
