Another detransitioner is suing doctors for providing her with transgender medical interventions, such as sex reassignment hormones and a mastectomy, according to a lawsuit filed Monday.
Prisha Mosley claim One doctor concluded she was in a “gender identity crisis” after visiting the emergency room for a severe eating disorder that led to self-harm. The lawsuit alleges that doctors began “coaxing Prisha into a gender transition” when Mosley was accused of fear of gaining weight due to fear of her “feminized” body. .

Mosley also met with a counselor to discuss gender reassignment. After just a few minutes of meeting, the counselor told Mosley that changing her appearance to look like a boy would help her “solve many of her psychological and mental health problems,” according to the complaint. It is said that A counselor is said to have given her a letter recommending heterosexual hormone therapy. The counselor allegedly made this recommendation based on standards of care established by the World Association of Transgender Health Professionals (WPATH).
At that recommendation, Mosley’s doctor prescribed testosterone injections for her, according to the complaint. Despite her treatment, Mosley’s mental state worsened.
“Prisha has these health problems and continues to suffer numerous medical problems, severe pain, and psychological and emotional distress as a result of the actions of the defendants.
