Sedona Film Fest presents ‘The Last Rider’ premiere July 28-Aug. 3

sedona news – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to premiere The Last Rider in Northern Arizona from July 28th to August 28th. At the Mary D. Fisher Theater on the 3rd.

The Last Rider tells the heroic true story of American cyclist Greg Lemond, considered one of the greatest cyclists of all time, who defied expectations and made one of the most glorious comeback stories in sports history.

The first and only American to win the Tour de France, LeMond survived the historic and harrowing race of the 1989 Tour de France to beat his famous rivals.

“The Last Rider” tells the story of Greg’s return from the brink of death to reclaim his dreams. Explore what it takes to recover physically, mentally and emotionally to face life’s greatest challenges. The film depicts how the strength he found in his relationship with his family, especially his childhood sweetheart and wife Kathy, enabled him to achieve the greatest comeback in sports history.
