since 118 startedth With Congress, and the return of the Republican Party to the House majority, we have revealed much about the two-tiered justice system created by the villains working in the shadows of the federal government. We often speculated that Democrats and Republicans had different rules, and through whistleblower testimony and exposed documents, we now know this to be true.
A number of whistleblowers testified before the Commission about the various ways the Obama and Biden administrations restricted constitutional rights, illegally investigated certain individuals, and weaponized federal bureaucrats to unequally enforce the law. We have learned the contrast of how certain American citizens are treated compared to others based solely on their political or religious beliefs. His one of the most blatant examples of unequal treatment has to do with the Hunter Biden investigation and government-wide efforts to protect him and his father in order to cover up what is becoming his one of the most significant scandals in our nation’s history.
The danger is that the leader of the free world may have been compromised by his son Hunter’s shady business dealings and, worse, complicit in it. In one particular case, two whistleblowers detailed Hunter Biden’s multi-year involvement in the investigation.
They testified that the Justice Department “slowed” its calls to action until such investigations fell within the 2020 pre-election window (where Justice Department policy prohibits further action on politically sensitive cases) and delayed potential indictments, including felonies such as tax evasion and undeclared income, until the statute of limitations had expired.
The bureaucrats are not late, they are in denial. Prosecutors denied the opportunity to ask investigators about Joe Biden, among other things, whether he was a “big guy” involved in various foreign ties, whistleblowers said. They rejected U.S. Attorney David Weiss’ request for special council status and for prosecution in the Central District of California. They avoided interviewing one of the most important witnesses in the whole matter, Hunter Biden’s former business partner Tony Bobrinski.
Delay and denial tactics sucked, but the corrupt leaders of these agencies went further and testified under oath that an IRS whistleblower had leaked key information to Hunter Biden’s lawyers. Such a leak would have given the Biden team the ability to remove or destroy potential evidence ahead of a planned raid on the storage facility. The whistleblowers also said that interviewees were informed of the possible action in advance, and as a result, he was the only one of his 12 who was available for interview. This is more than just flipping the scales of justice, it is a blatant criminal act that exposes a two-tiered justice system that undermines the very foundations of our nation, which is built on equal protection and the rule of law.
We know from evidence corroborated by these whistleblowers and investigations by the House Oversight Committee and the House Judiciary Committee that a shell company was set up with direct ties to close relatives of Joe Biden. We know that tens of millions of dollars have been poured through these companies and that Hunter Biden and other family members have received millions of dollars in compensation from Ukrainian and Chinese (believed to be CCP) companies. We know Hunter’s WhatsApp messages to CCP business executives resemble blackmail, but if the claims in the messages are true, it would be a damning accusation that Joe Biden was involved in these schemes.
How many more cases will have to be uncovered before they are held accountable for these misdeeds? How many more cases will be filed against Donald Trump while the Justice Department is aiding and abetting the Biden crime family? How many more conservatives will have their constitutional rights violated before Christopher Wray and Merrick Garland are removed from their positions?
Time is running out to restore confidence in federal law enforcement, and agency leaders’ patience with obstruction is running out. Congress must continue to investigate, expose, demand answers, and do its part by withholding funding, denigrating, and even impeaching where necessary.
