BULLHEAD CITY, AZ, July 21, 2023 – City of Bullhead City employees and contractors will work on the following projects throughout the city during the week of July 23rd.
- City officials clean up streets throughout the city as needed.
- Public Works staff hopes to complete construction on the project that will transform Bullhead Bell into a riverfront concession stand and event gathering place. The city plans to open Bullhead Bell in the coming weeks.
- The contractor will continue to rehabilitate the 16-2 Wastewater Lift Station at Clubhouse Doctor on Highway 95 West. The project involves installing panels made of Predl material to protect the well from corrosion. The city plans to complete his 16-2 lift station renovation project in late July. Once the project on 16-2 is completed, the city will begin the same work on his 18-2 lift station at the corner of Lost Hills Drive and his SR-95, and the project is slated for completion in the fall of 2023.
The city is reminding the public to only flush human waste, toilet paper and gray water down the drain. All other waste must be disposed of in other ways to avoid damage to city infrastructure.
Be careful while passing through city work zones. Obey posted signs and traffic control devices.
