See the latest weather forecast from the National Weather Service for January 14-17, 2023.
Prescott Valley has seen some interesting weather over the past few weeks, with above-average temperatures around Christmas, rain and snow, and sub-zero temperatures by the New Year. The week starts with sunny weather, with highs approaching 60 degrees. So will Mother Nature continue to have warm, sunny temperatures, or more snow and rain?

Snow forecasts are low, but the weather service expects storms to make travel dangerous in the snow, with possible blizzards on roads over 5,500 feet, including I-40, I-17, and Highway 64. I call attention to it because it is toxic.
Snow is forecast to begin in western Coconino County around 5 p.m. Tuesday, spread to Flagstaff by mid-evening to midnight, and spread to eastern Arizona/Navajo after midnight.
Snow levels start at about 7000 feet and drop to 5500 feet after midnight. Wind gusts of 30-45 miles per hour are expected to create areas of poor visibility.
