Experts help diagnose plant problems

FORT COLLINS, Colorado — Golden Plains area extension horticulturist Linda Langelo will visit the following extension offices in August on the following dates:
Kit Carson County Office: Tuesday, August 1, 2023
Washington County Office: Tuesday, August 8, 2023
Phillips County Office: Tuesday, August 15, 2023
Yuma County Office: Tuesday, August 22, 2023
Linda Langelo continues to ask for help by bringing samples into the office as a first step in diagnosing plant problems. Please follow the instructions below when bringing in samples.
- Trees and shrubs: Cut into 6-inch pieces and place in envelopes, avoid using plastic bags.
- Vegetables: Bring samples.
- Flowers: Bring a sample of the flower part of the flower stalk.
