Contact Coconino With SeeClickFix

Coconino County prides itself on serving its residents. Thanks to our new partnership with SeeClickFix, you can now contact Coconino from your smartphone, tablet or computer with any questions or concerns.

You can contact Coconino or report any concerns using the SeeClickFix app.

Help Coconino County serve you better by taking the time to complete your request on SeeClickFix. You can also contact the county at 928-679-7120 or toll-free at 877-679-7120.

All SeeClickFix requests submitted will be reviewed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note: SeeClickFix cannot be used in emergencies where law enforcement is required. Please call 911. If you need law enforcement and it’s not urgent, call us 928-774, available 24/7. -4523, option 1.

SeeClickFix gives you the option to upload a photo with each request as a visual reference for communicating your questions or concerns to county officials. General questions will be forwarded to the appropriate county staff to answer the question and provide a solution.

Need to learn how to use Connect Coconino?

The above widgets allow you to make service requests and discover existing reported issues from your desktop computer. To report a problem:

  1. Make sure the Reports tab is selected.
  2. Drag the map marker to the problem location or enter the address directly. Please select the correct address from the dropdown to ensure address accuracy.
  3. click Next.
  4. Select the service request category that matches your issue from the drop-down menu.
    1. Some service requests will be provided with immediate information and directed either to the appropriate web page, service provider or best contact.
    2. For service requests where the County needs more information to best serve you, our system will provide the following information:
  5. Enter a title (required), additional description (optional), and attach an image (optional).
  6. Enter your name and email address so that we can notify you when the issue is fixed.
  7. Click Submit.

After submitting the report, you will receive an email confirming your request. You can still check the status of your issue online. You will also be notified by email when the work is completed or the issue is resolved.
