A 48-year-old woman died Saturday after being found hanging from a metal gate outside a sports bar in Philadelphia, Fox 29 reported.

Fox 29 reports that the 48-year-old woman fell while trying to climb over the gate, but was unable to reach the ground. The newspaper said the woman was left hanging for an unidentified number of hours after her legs were reportedly impaled through the gate.
