Jennifer Aniston Brings Back Hairstyle From Iconic 90s Show ‘Friends’

Jennifer Aniston surprised fans by bringing back her signature '90s hairstyle from Friends at the 81st Golden Globe Awards.

The 54-year-old actress brought back the same haircut she first made popular while appearing on the iconic show, giving fans a welcome dose of nostalgia. Aniston's haircut is affectionately named after her character and is commonly referred to as “Rachel.” Her voluminous, shoulder-length haircut is clearly accented by a few intentional layers that frame her face and turn outward at the ends.

At the height of her fame, “Friends” fans around the world flocked to their local salons to get hairstyles like “Rachel's.” This became so popular that hairstylists all over the world are familiar with this name, as the show itself had a huge impact on pop girlfriend culture.

“The Rachel” was created by Chris McMillan, Aniston's friend and hairstylist to the star.

Aniston's nod to her signature style was the perfect match for her black Dolce & Gabbana dress. The strapless dress featured a fitted bodice and skirt with a touch of sparkle. She highlighted her signature style by keeping her jewelry minimal and using natural earth tones for her makeup.

The famous actress wore the perfect look with her hair swung loosely across her face, playful and casual yet teasing her face with every move. (Related: Taylor Swift may have canceled Jo Koy at first sight)
