Sedona Heritage Museum Announces Return of Historical Interpreters Program

sedona news – The Sedona Heritage Museum is pleased to announce the return of “History ALIVE!,” a popular monthly program featuring historical interpreters. The program will resume on February 1st at 3:30pm.

History is alive! Costumed interpreters dressed as Sedona's historical figures will share the stories of its people. Historical figures you may meet during the program include Ruth and Walter Jordan (orchard growers who owned the site and building where the museum is now located), Dorothea Tanning (photographer and famous artist) Max Ernst's wife), Patti Fox (local rancher's wife), Sedona Schnebly (Sedona's namesake) and JJ Thompson (age 19).th Century Homesteader).

After the event, stop by to meet the actors and enjoy refreshments.

Participants should note that this event is a walking tour on museum grounds. It is recommended that you dress appropriately and keep the weather in mind. There are some chairs available, but participants will be standing for most of the program.

Tickets are now available for purchase online. Adult tickets are $15 each. Children under 13 can participate for free.
