Deputies with the Coconino County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting at Donney Park near Flagstaff late Thursday night.
FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. — One person is dead after a shooting at Donny Park, authorities said.
Coconino County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of a shooting at Donney Park near Flagstaff late Thursday night. When officers arrived at the park, they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.
One patient was transported to Flagstaff Medical Center for further treatment and later released. The second person died at the scene, authorities said.
Officials said there is no danger to the surrounding area related to this incident. Authorities have not released the names of the two people shot or any further information about the incident.
