Police say The Soft Moon musician Jose Luis Vasquez, famed techno DJ Juan “Silent Servant” Mendez, and Mendez's partner Simone Lin were arrested Thursday in downtown Los Angeles, California. was found dead in the loft.
The three were found at Mendez and Lin's home in Pacific Electric Lofts on Main Street during a police welfare check requested by Vasquez's wife, according to reports. Los Angeles Times. Soft Moon paid tribute to Vasquez on Friday in a message to fans posted on the band's Instagram page.

Vasquez's wife shared a heartfelt message explaining her loss.
“My beautiful husband Luis, the light of my life, has passed away. I don't have the strength to tell you the million reasons I love him. Everything hurts,” she wrote in an Instagram post on Monday. wrote.
