Crystal was closely involved with Hefner for a total of nine years. When she first met him, she was 21 years old and he was 60 years older.

She quickly quashed people's notions that Hef was getting rough in bed while having sexual encounters with Playboy bunnies.

“It was clear that Hef had never in his life thought about how to please other people,” she says.

“I think when you have a lot of money and power and a lot of 'yeses' around you, people just stick to their own stories in their heads. And others just follow suit,” she said.

She stressed that she was not sexually satisfied during her time with Hefner and that he simply could not satisfy her in bed.
