The sport's popularity has grown rapidly, attracting new court operators to the Tucson area and seeing developers add pickleball courts to new apartment complexes and bars.

God's vast resources purchased 7,089 square feet of retail space at 6161 E. 22nd St. from Valley National Bank of Arizona for $1.1 million. Dave Hammack of Picor represented the seller and David Montijo of CBRE represented the buyer.
