Since joining the team in August 2023, Chef Heather has brought her passions for zero-waste practices, herbalism, and themed cuisine to the popular restaurant's rich Southwestern cuisine. Chef Heather draws on her global experience and travels to create a menu that encapsulates the restorative essence of Sedona with ingredients and flavors inspired by the astrological seasons.

New seasonal items include Pumpkin soup with spices ($14) Served with ginger and cardamom, hazelnut cream and ruffled leeks. Burnt Spanish Taco ($28) Served with kalamata emulsion, fondant potatoes and micro arugula. Maple Farms Duck Breast ($46) Served with brown butter farro, sherry mushrooms, pomegranate and spiced hibiscus gastrique.and Scallop meuniere ($39) Served with Forbidden Rice, Fennel and Hoja Santa.
