21-year-old woman dies after rear-end collision on Northern Avenue
Kingman, Arizona (February 7, 2024) – Friday night, sarah bingham killed and Juan Ortiz He was arrested after a pursuit on Bank Street.
Authorities responded to the scene near Northern Avenue on Jan. 26 just after 8 p.m.
