Nearly an hour into the flight, the two men started scrapping, one in particular eating punch like it was Thanksgiving in February — the other man's only reaction was to pat his arm. It was just flapping or whatever it was.
According to NBC Bay Area, passengers broke up the skirmish and separated the two men, but they were eventually detained when the plane arrived on Kauai. It's unclear whether anyone has been charged.
“We commend our staff and customers for their professionalism in defusing this situation,” Southwest Airlines said in an official statement, according to the outlet.
