The Chiefs' Super Bowl celebrations were suspended Wednesday after one person was killed and at least 21 injured, according to KCPD.
It is unclear whether the man seen in the video is the suspect, but another video posted on Twitter by KMBC shows police appear to handcuff and arrest the man wearing a hoodie.
In the video, someone, presumably police, can be heard yelling, “The gun's here!” In the meantime, the potential suspect remains in custody.
