Wade claimed he never deposited the cash given to him by Willis into his account. Mr. Wade also claimed that Mr. Willis did not obtain the money from the ATM.

So at that point I either spent it, put it in my pocket, or put it in the hotel safe…that cash disappeared. The only special place I would have been would have been to go to one of my children.”
Ms. Wade also testified that Ms. Willis intended to make appropriate payments while she was out.
“I manage to make ends meet…I never said, 'I bought you dinner.' Dinner is $25, so give me $25.” Spending time with Willis If you are someone you know that she is a very independent and proud woman. Therefore, she will insist on carrying her own weight. In fact, it was a point of contention between the two of us. She’s going to pay for it herself,” Wade asserted.
