Police arrested Outer Banks star Austin North on a felony charge Tuesday for allegedly assaulting several health care workers in the emergency room of UMC Hospital in Las Vegas.
Two nurses and a phlebotomist claimed they were attacked in a sudden and unexpected attack by North Korea, police said. TMZ. They allege the actor punched and shoved all three, punched a nurse in the head and pushed another nurse in the face. They allege he pushed a phlebotomist into a table before attacking one other person. The famous actor posted on his Instagram Story on Thursday night, severe panic attack contributed to causing the alleged incident.

The phlebotomist claimed he used a nearby tray to hit Mr North in the head as he tried to defend himself from the actor's alleged attack. According to TMZ, security guards intervened and handcuffed the actor to a stretcher before police arrived.
North tried to explain the details of the incident to her 3 million followers, saying her episode was the result of a “severe anxiety attack.”

“I am deeply disturbed by the events that occurred in Las Vegas last week,” he wrote.
North described what happened next.
“A friend drove me to the hospital because I thought I was having a heart attack. Several tests were done, including blood tests, which came back negative for drugs or alcohol in my system. “It was,” he wrote.
“I was suffering from severe anxiety attacks. I have almost no recollection of the events of that day in the hospital. I have struggled with anxiety on and off for years, but this is the worst I have ever experienced. It was the most extreme panic attack I've ever had,” North wrote.
At the time of his arrest, police checked North's Miranda rights and announced he was being arrested on suspicion of assault. Mr. North was later released on bail. No further details are provided at this time.
