Alabama had the week off, but picked up a big win on Saturday afternoon against a solid Texas A&M team, moving up two spots from 15th to 13th.
Auburn had another mixed week. The first was against South Carolina, previously ranked No. 11, which the Tigers won by 40 points.
But Auburn would lose its first home game of the season this weekend when Kentucky came to town. However, that loss was somewhat offset by the big win, with Auburn dropping just one spot from 13th to 14th.

Auburn will have Wednesday off, but will play in a big road game against the Georgia Bulldogs this Saturday on the SEC Network starting at 5pm CST.
Meanwhile, Alabama is having one of its toughest weeks yet. The Tide hosts newly ranked No. 24 Florida on Wednesday night before one of their toughest tests yet, a road game against the hot Kentucky Wildcats at Rupp Arena.
