“For Alabama to truly embody pro-life values, it is unreasonable for the state to impose taxes on families with young children and infants, especially on necessities that are unique to one gender,” said Sen. If enacted, the law would exempt formula, baby bottles, wipes, breast pumps, breast pumps, diapers, maternity clothing, and sanitary products from state taxes.
