PCI Federal Services, a federal contractor operated by the Poach Band of Creek Indians, announced several notable changes in its leadership.
“We are excited to share this exciting update from PCI Federal Services,” the organization said on social media. “We continue to grow and expand our services to the U.S. federal government and Department of Defense, while strengthening our team with key promotions and new roles.”
The organization works in coordination with federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. The company provides professional services/management consulting, aeronautical engineering, construction, strategic communications, manufacturing, and information technology.
The personnel changes are as follows.
- Jessica Black has been promoted to Director of Marketing and will oversee all of the organization's marketing needs. Previously, Black worked for PCI Aviation as a Marketing Communications Manager while also providing assistance and support to numerous other PCIFS LLCs.
- Tabitha Cambell has been promoted to Director of Recruitment/Talent Acquisition and will lead all recruitment efforts for PCI Government Services/Integrated Federal Solutions. She joined the PCIGS/IFS organization in early January of last year as Ms. Campbell previously partnered with her lead recruitment business to address her PCIGS/IFS needs during a period of tremendous growth in 2023. She managed recruiting and employment efforts resulting in growth for 128 companies. After a year she will be an employee.
- Justin Stabler has been promoted to Vice President of Operations for H2PCI, a jointly owned subsidiary of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and Hui Huliau (a Native Hawaiian organization). Previously, Stabler served as Director of Special Projects for PCI Aviation. H2PCI is also experiencing significant growth and is in need of full-time business management for operations and business development support.
- Heather Woodward moved to Human Resources Benefits/Employee Relations Manager, leading all of the organization's employee benefits administration, human resources records management, and employee support needs. Woodward previously served as benefits administrator for PCI Federal Services.
