‘We Actually Play Live’: Foo Fighters’s Dave Grohl Appears To Take Swipe At Taylor Swift During London Concert

Foo Fighters founder Dave Grohl appeared to criticize Taylor Swift during the band's concert at London Stadium on Saturday.

The concert took place at the same time as Swift's Eras Tour was taking place at nearby Wembley Stadium. Grohl referred to the Foo Fighters' tour as the “Errors Tour”, mocking the band's long history of performances and occasional gaffes. video Posted on X (formerly known as Twitter).

“We've been through some eras and we've made some f**king mistakes. Only a few times,” Grohl told the crowd. “And that's because we actually play live. What? Just saying. Grohl previously voiced his admiration for Swift during BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in 2015. according to The lead singer paid tribute to Swift by dedicating the song “Congregation” from the band's latest album, a song inspired by Swift's hometown of Nashville, to the BBC.

“I'm totally obsessed. She might seek a restraining order because I'm obsessed with Swift,” Grohl said at a music festival in the U.K., according to the BBC. “The opening band is Taylor Swift. Taylor and the Swifts.”
