Holly Betenbaugh has served as Ministry Director for Betenbaugh Homes for 18 years, cultivating ministry partnerships both locally and globally. Holly's leadership, mentorship and passion for people have profoundly influenced Betenbaugh Companies' people-first culture and generous giving.

Currently, she provides spiritual support and training to Betenbaugh Companies and serves on its Board of Directors. Holly and her late husband, Rick, founded Kingdom at Work in 2016 and have inspired and mentored countless kingdom-minded leaders and entrepreneurs by sharing their story and passion for advancing God's kingdom through the marketplace.
